NIB was by far the most impactful professional experience for my career. I learned so much from the upperclassmen when I joined: how to be a good leader, find work/life balance, bring out the best in others by playing to their strengths, and much more. NIB provided me an amazing community to explore my various passions, both professional and personal, and allowed me to be a part of a vast network of driven, intelligent, and kind-hearted individuals to learn and grow from.

NIB was a transformational experience for me, exposing me to professional opportunities I wouldn't otherwise have had and a community of friends who were a nucleus of my college career. It meant a lot to me both in the moment and in hindsight, providing my favorite memories at school and building the skills to help me succeed beyond.

NIB strengthened my interest in pursuing a career that helps address real social and environmental issues. The network I found through NIB also helped me land my first job in consulting, which has opened so many doors for me professionally. Above all, the people in NIB have made such a positive impact in my life, both personally and professionally. The people I’ve met through the club will always be my mentors, friends, and biggest supporters.
